All applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for the International Special Entrance Scholarship Program at the University of Winnipeg, Canada 2023-24:
- Students who graduate from a high school in Canada in Grade 12, American citizens studying abroad, and foreign students from other countries are all immediately eligible for the Special Entrance Scholarships.
- Students must have a final Grade 12 grade point average of at least 85%, submit a full application for admission by March 1 with payment, enroll in a minimum of 18 credits for the Fall/Winter semester, and not have earned a UW Entrance prize of more than $5,000.
