Toronto Metropolitan University is offering scholarship opportunities to international students enrolled in doctoral engineering programs for the 2023 session at the university. The TMISS program is aimed at supporting a limited number of international students and give them an opportunity to take their education to the next level.

- Applicant must be an international student who is a candidate in one of Toronto Met’s doctoral engineering programs.
- All engineering doctoral students are automatically considered for these awards.
